Taipei Fuhsing Private School is a distinguished institution, offering a seamless thirteen-year education from kindergarten through senior high school.In this warm, caring, and excellence-driven learning environment, we continuously cultivate and grow. All our actions are centered on student learning, aiming to achieve a well-rounded development that emphasizes both technology and the humanities, with a global perspective. This cultivates Fuhsing students who have great potential into exceptional talents, fulfilling society’s heartfelt expectations.
Over the past eighty years, Fuhsing has rooted itself in academic pursuits, fostered artistic cultivation, shown warmth through humanistic care, and expanded international horizons. These are the ideals and persistence of generations of Fuhsing people, who dedicate their hearts and efforts to cultivating numerous outstanding individuals of character and ability. Looking ahead, I will lead Fuhsing to innovate steadily, breaking new ground while honoring tradition, and nurture future leaders who embody "the light of truth-seeking, the light of virtue, and the light that shines upon the world".
Finally, I wish for all teachers and staff to hold three kinds of love: the love for learning, the love for students, and the love that unites the two. Teachers should strive to inspire students to become lifelong learners, ignite their curiosity, and produce a lasting influence. As Guan Zi said, "The planning for a year is to plant grain; for ten years is to plant trees; for a lifetime is to cultivate people". As Socrates stated, "Education is not about pouring in knowledge, but igniting a flame".
Together, we will shoulder this honor and responsibility, passing on the "Fuhsing Torch" from one generation to the next. Through the intertwining of science, art, humanities, and technology, we will illuminate the lives of more children. Let that gentle light shine brilliantly—lighting up eighty glorious years and leading into the next, even more glorious eighty years.
